Referral
Referral of family and friends who can be helped
by The Cancer Foundation for Personal Wellness. Ask us to send them information
or simply provide them
with our telephone number or e-mail address. Refer the Foundation to Medical
and Health Practitioners, Hospitals, Medical Centers, Social Service workers
and Community Outreach Programs who would refer their patients or may be
interested in having our workshop/seminars held in their facility.
Volunteer
We have a number of volunteer positions tailored to use your strengths,
preferences and time availability. Positions include office and administrative
support,
assistance in the coordination of our workshop/seminars and support telephone
communication with patients.
Pledge
Your financial pledge to the Foundation or a referral of corporate
and private foundations who would consider underwriting the cost of our workshop/seminars
and help continue these valuable and much needed services. The Cancer
Foundation
for Personal Wellness is a non profit 501(c)3 organization supported
solely by private contributors.
