Living Through Cancer offers guidance, counseling and support to help patients and their family members cope with the emotional upheaval that may occur during this period.
After a diagnosis and during treatment, feelings such as fear, anger, loneliness, frustration are normal. Although unpleasant thoughts and feelings can be difficult to face, sometimes talking about them can be an effective way to lessen the stress they cause.
